چکیده :

Livability can function by improving the spatial structure of the fabric through space management in pursuit of physical revitalization through the participation of citizens, and it is the priority of the goals of the world's top cities. In this respect, a set of urban micro-spaces can provide the most optimal effectiveness when they have a high degree of values and benefits. Therefore, the continuation of life through the maintenance of space is vital from social, economic, environmental, physical and cultural aspects. This importance cannot be achieved except with human and environment interactions in accessible spaces. As an effective background for the realization of livability, this research has established a far more favorable future and is moving in a path towards sustainability. In examining the local performance of livability and its impact on the process of improving the spatial structure of cities, micro-measures should be done through local participation. The research method is based on the Delphi questionnaire and the use of effective public participation in urban professional affairs in physical and social dimensions to realize livability on a local scale. SWOT technique has been used in achieving the goals to make suggestions. In Rahrei Qazvin neighborhood, in line with the permanence of the fabric, through spatial management relying on people's participation, the stability and longevity of cities will make it possible to realize livability by relying on micro measures.
