چکیده :

Intelligent logistics systems represent a transformative approach to modern supply chain management. With the evolution of global markets, the demand for speed and flexibility has drastically increased. Due to various reasons, including the high volume of information generated in the supply chain, environmental dynamics, and customer needs for response in the shortest possible time, traditional control models are no longer adequate for logistics control. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and analyze intelligent logistics control processes, which aim to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of logistics systems. This paper examines the four critical components of intelligent logistics control -monitoring, analysis, decision-making, and execution and reporting- and emphasizes their iterative and interconnected nature. By focusing on the dynamic interaction between these components, we aim to highlight their role in enabling smarter, real-time decision-making. We also discuss the distinction between "process" and "procedure," providing a clearer understanding of their implications within the logistics context, and emphasize why "procedure" is the more appropriate term in this case. Finally, we further explain the intelligent logistics control processes using relevant diagrams to demonstrate the practical application of these concepts.
