Dear researcher, please follow the guidelines below for writing and submitting your article:

1. The maximum number of pages for Persian articles is 6, and for English articles, it is 5 pages. Any additional pages, up to a maximum of 8 pages for Persian articles and 7 pages for English articles, will incur an extra fee per page.

2. Using the article template for both Persian and English articles is mandatory; otherwise, the article will not be reviewed.

3. Only articles that have not been previously presented or published in conferences or scientific journals will be accepted.

4. All conference correspondence will be sent to the registered email in the system.

5. It is recommended that English articles be presented in English.

6. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the article content.

7. After the article review, based on the reviewers' feedback, the article will be classified as accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected.   Articles requiring revisions must be corrected and resubmitted within 10 days of notification.

8. Accepted articles will only be published in the conference proceedings upon registration.

9. To publish articles in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors must pay the registration fee.

10. To submit an article, go to the right menu, select the login section, register, and then follow the article submission steps.
